Camp Boomerang is situated in Port Sorell, only 15 minutes drive from the Devonport ferry terminal and airport.

Our on site facilities include:

  • On-site Van (6-8 berth with toilet/shower)
  • 5 hectares of camping areas
  • BBQ facilities
  • Community kitchen, laundry and toilet block
  • TV/Lounge area
  • Conference/Convention facilities
  • Badminton court
  • Indoor recreational room
  • Grey water/sullage pit on site

Camp Boomerang is now able to offer FULL CATERING to prospective users especially school groups.

  • There are up to 15 bunkhouses with accommodation for 80 people.
  • 4 bunkrooms are available for backpacking, sleeping a total of 28 backpackers.
  • Each bunkhouse has a variable number of bunks.
  • A family bunkhouse is available which has a double bed and two connected rooms.
